Babich Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé
This fragrant, sustainably crafted Rosé is produced from a blend of Pinot Noir clones grown in Marlborough. Dry in style, with a soft creamy palate of strawberries, dark spice and melon with a bright, refreshing finish. The perfect Rosé for a summer afternoon – or to remind of you of one in winter.
Tasting Notes
Strawberry and raspberry aromas lead, with gala apple, apricot, and a thread of spice. Subtle aniseed and dried herbs.
Medium–light in weight yet carrying good volume, driven by red fruits. Fine freshness carries through to a lingering cranberry finish.

Winemaker Notes
The trip to the winery was enough time for a delicate pink hue to be extracted from the skins of the Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation was in tank at a range of temperatures to capture the fruity appeal of this grape, while delivering depth and interest. No animal products have been used in the making of this wine.
Food Pairing
Perfect with fresh summer fare. Think grilled prawns, charcuterie, or a vibrant tomato and basil salad.
