Organic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
2024
Clean lines meet a cheeky wild streak; a wine with lime, blossom and a subtle savoury twist
Organic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes
Green tropical fruit aromas combine with fresh garden herbs, slate and a gentle floral lift.
An abundance of stone fruit upon entry is followed by ripe citrus that evolves into zesty lemon notes. There is also mineral and spice with blackberry. A generous and complex wine with silken texture that lingers sweetly.

Winemaker Notes
Fruit from our certified organic Headwaters vineyard was harvested in early April. The grapes were quickly pressed followed a period of lees stirring to enhance mouthfeel. A combination of selected commercial and indigenous yeasts (25%) where used to capture the intense varietal flavours and build complexity. Malolactic fermentation softened and added texture to the palate. Strict organic procedures were followed at all times.
Food Pairing
A perfect match to all seafood. Especially oysters!
