Things move a lot faster these days

Back in the 1950’s it would take two people one full day to produce 20 cases of wine.

Which is pretty understandable seeing as all the washing, filling and corking had to be done by hand. These days our production line can produce the same number of cases in just four and a half minutes. But even though our process has become a lot faster, the same effort and care is taken to ensure the wine inside the bottles is still outstanding.
