Maureen Radford is not only Peter and Joe’s sister, she’s also Babich Wines’ longest serving and most loyal employee.

She grew up working on the vineyard, and even now at the age of 78 she still helps to make sure everything runs smoothly. Back when Maureen was approaching 70, she handed in her resignation to Joe, who asked “what for”? She then had to explain that she didn’t want to be working full time at the age of 70. They ended up compromising on two days a week. And it’s a good thing too, because Maureen has always been a marvelous Jill of all trades.
