From onions to the best sauvignon blanc in the world

Babich Wines started small in the Henderson Valley, but we’ve expanded over the years into the best wine regions in New Zealand.

Where once many of the local farmers struggled by growing onions and other crops, Marlborough is now a world-famous wine region that makes a heavy contribution to our portfolio, with 320 hectares (791 acres) spread over six vineyards throughout the three main valleys of Marlborough (Wairau, Waihopai and Awatere Valleys).
