Iva Organic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
IVA (“ee-vah”) is a premium organic Sauvignon Blanc crafted in honour of Iva Babich, mother of our founder, Josip. Her traditional, natural approach to growing grapes continues to guide our winemaking today. The result is a refined, expressive Sauvignon Blanc that reflects the character and care she passed down.

Winemaker Notes
Gentle and perfumed, opening with rock melon, spice and citrus blossom. Lime and lemon interplay over a fine mineral edge.
Textural and medium-weight with a rich, mineral drive. Lime zest brings definition to lingering mandarin and spice. Apple and
pear notes emerge cleanly.
Subtle and complex.
Food Pairing
Try with BBQ’d prosciutto wrapped scallops drizzled with mandarin infuse olive oil.
