TASTING NOTES

Tropical fruit, apricot marmalade and honeyed flavours with good depth.

The most botrytised bunches were hand selected on the 8th of June. The grapes were gently whole bunch pressed.  16% was fermented in lightly toasted new and older French oak barriques with the remaining fermented at cooler temperatures in tank. After 6 months the wine was assembled and bottled.

Firm and semi firm cheeses, dried fruit and nuts.

"Fragrant, floral and varietal with sweet rose, honey and poached stone fruit scents. Juicy, fleshy, fruity and sweet. Flavours of honey poached fruits, pineapple and sweet red apple. Contrasting acidity and very silky texture. A lovely example. "
